Chef Chris Cosentino, of S.F.'s Incanto and also co-host of Chefs vs. City, made an appearance on this weekend's episode of Easy Chinese: San Francisco, a new Cooking Channel show hosted by Ching-He Huang (a Chinese-Brit chef who also hosts the BBC's Chinese Food Made Easy). Cosentino took Huang for a trip to the Ferry Building, to mushroom shop Far West Fungi, and then Huang shows us how to make General Tso's Chicken using soy sauce, soy bean paste, and get this ketchup!
Also, her unfortunate catchphrase appears to be "wok on."
