Just a few months ago we told you about the New York expansion of Tony Gemignani’s pizza empire (which includes not only the side-by-side Tony’s spots in North Beach, but also Pizza Rock in Sacramento) with 900 Degrees in the West Village. Well, that place is already closed, as Eater NY reports, and Tony now tells the Scoop that he’s looking to Brooklyn now instead. Also, the ambitious pizzaiolo’s got two projects in the works in Las Vegas, including a possible second location of Pizza Rock. Stay tuned. [Scoop]
