S.F. Nightclub Parking Lots to Blame for Violence?; Friendly’s Filing for Chapter 11

• The Board of Supervisors is introducing legislation next week that would put some of the onus for nightlife safety on the owners of parking lots and garages within 1,000 feet of a nightclub. [Examiner]
