The long, mixologists’ nightmare is over, folks: The ABC’s Prohibition-era ban on infused spirits has been lifted as Governor Brown yesterday signed into law the bill that’s been in the works since this non-scandal first emerged in San Francisco some eighteen months ago (even though they haven’t been enforcing it at all since then). They also added an urgency clause, meaning it takes effect immediately, just in time for Cocktail Week. [SFoodie, Earlier]
