Giordano Brothers, the North Beach-based, Pittsburgh-inspired sandwich shop/sports bar that’s taken over the former Ti Couz spot (3108 16th Street), might be open as early as Thursday. We knew the opening was imminent, and owner Jeff Jordan informs Tablehopper that they’re already serving sandwiches from 5 p.m. to 12 a.m. on the bar side, as a kind of soft opening, and their final inspection is tomorrow, Thursday.
