Sam Sirhed, the restaurateur who’s also working on Burger Urge in the Upper Haight with Jack Mogannam, has a second project in the works, Grub Street finds today. It’s called Fork Café, and it’s moving in on the shuttered Fuzio space at 469 Castro. We spotted the ABC notice go up on the space just this week, and like Fuzio, Fork will come complete with a full bar, but we don’t yet have any food details. As some of you may know, Sirhed and Mogannam also teamed up on the nearby Sit & Spin, the café/laundromat on 18th Street. [Grub Street]
