A two-alarm fire last night ripped through the True Clothing store and subsequently spread to the next door People’s Café (1419 Haight Street), thoroughly damaging the place. No one was injured but the place looks to be shuttered for a good while. Owner Mike Duong says this comes at an especially bad time, the height of summer, during an otherwise bad year for business.
