Roli Roti gets a lot of high praise for their admittedly excellent porchetta sandwich, and indeed on a new best list by Cooking with the Single Guy, they rank number one. But also on his list are a couple of others you might not know about, like the one at Adesso in Oakland (pictured), and Barbacco's fancified version, topped with red onion alla piastra and peach rucola.
