As noted earlier, in the wake a few chef shuffles, Mission Beach Café recently rehired their founding chef, Thomas Martinez. He spent over a year up in Healdsburg with friend and Weird Fish owner Timothy Holt working the land at Roshambo Farms, and as the Feast reports, he's returned with "a newfound respect for vegetables."
