Ferran Adrià must be getting mighty tired of the steady parade of journalists traipsing through his kitchen in the last year. Journalists probably are, too, since it means there’s nothing left to say about the restaurant that hasn’t already been said. It’s at least mildly funny because Bittman and Adrià try to communicate in bad French, their only common language.
