It wasn’t long ago that no one in S.F. had even heard of poutine — that Montreal delicacy involving a pile of fries, cheese curds, and gravy. Now it’s shown up on menus at Wayfare Tavern and elsewhere, and Heart is even hosting a Poutine Friday event this week, featuring an entire menu devoted to the stuff, including one version with pork belly and a pork and bacon broth.
