Over at Sea Salt in Berkeley, two new chefs have come on board, splitting up day and night duties. As the East Bay Express reports, Thomas Weibell, formerly of Plouf, will be taking over the dinner menu, and former Rose's Cafe chef Chris Keeley is doing lunch service.
