Le Bordeaux Debuts in North Beach

A new BYOB French place called Le Bordeaux (524 Union Street, between Stockton and Grant) opened yesterday for lunch and dinner. As the Scoop reports, the chef is a recent transplant from Bordeaux by the name of Sylvain Castet, and the menu features things like fried camembert, duck terrine, and a whole “Beef and Duck Menu,” which includes duck entrées and a choice of six cuts of beef.
