This week in celebrity sightings around S.F. we have Hustler publisher Larry Flynt rolling into Quince in his gold-plated wheelchair, and he allegedly complimented Lindsay Tusk on the décor of the place. He was there with his wife meeting with former Chron editor and the ex-Mr. Sharon Stone, Phil Bronstein. [Tablehopper]

Jake Shears of the Scissor Sisters, Armistead Maupin, drag queen porn director Chi Chi LaRue, and the entire cast and crew of Tales of the City had an afterparty at the Clift Hotel last night following the press opening of the musical. The gala opening is tonight. [Grub Street]

Alex Rodriguez, a.k.a A-Rod of the Yankees, was spotted chowing down with friends at Twenty Five Lusk on Monday night. The team was in town and staying at the St. Regis, and a bunch of other players including Derek Jeter dined at Ame the previous night. [Tablehopper]

Also, Danielle Steel polished off a whole burger by herself at Wayfare Tavern. (She’s still around town a bunch, despite having dissed our fair city recently as terribly un-chic in a WSJ interview.)
