Eccolo/Bacar Chef Pops Up With Sous Beurre Kitchen

Former chef at Eccolo, Bacar, and Spire, Michael Mauschbaugh, is launchng a pop-up at Sugarlump (2862 24th Street, at Bryant) called Sous Beurre Kitchen. The concept, as Tablehopper reports, is small plates, under $15, "Italian and French country kitchen dishes," and he'll be serving six nights a week, Monday through Saturday, 5 to 10 p.m. Start date is still TBA.
