After a holiday weekend of soft-opening events, the new Basque-inspired eatery Txoko makes its debut tonight in the former Enrico's space at 504 Broadway. The full and final menu from Naked Lunch chef Ian Begg is now online, and it's pretty similar to the draft one we showed you earlier. And since they weren't yet ready for us to shoot photos last week, we now bring you a fresh set courtesy of Grub Street photographer Brian Smeets. The big news here is that they're open until 2 a.m., Tuesday through Sunday, and food will be served until 1:30 a.m. The drunk-food options for North Beach revelers get classier every day...
