We feel like many people are looking forward to the opening of Txoko (504 Broadway) — the Basque tapas restaurant from Naked Lunch guys Ian Begg (a 2008 Chron Rising Star) and Ryan Maxey — but maybe it's just us. North Beach could use a little Spanish flair, right? And the idea of taking over the Enrico's space to do something casual and late-night-oriented sounds just about right.
