In the wake of Sunday's news about Osama bin Laden's death, the Chron's Leah Garchik reached out to the Boulevard team of Nancy Oakes, Pamela Mazzola, and Kathy King for a reaction. In 2001 the restaurant's former pastry chef and 1999 Chron Rising Star, Heather Ho, had only recently moved to New York to take a job at Windows on the World, and she died on September 11th.
