Castro: Bagdad Café will be reborn next week as Criollo Kitchen (2295 Market Street), from chef Randy Lewis, and the best news: it will be open 24 hours on the weekends! Lewis tells Tablehopper that the menu will “trace the soul food journey, from Africa to Cuba, Puerto Rico, New Orleans…” [Tablehopper, Earlier]
Mission: A new Mediterranean place is in the works at 909 Valencia Street, almost next door to the long-shuttered La Rondalla. We have nothing further. [Mission Mission]
And, Coda (1710 Mission at Duboce) has been reborn as Brick & Mortar Music Hall. [Tablehopper]
Also… Bar Tartine reopened over the weekend after their brief remodel/wall opening, and they’ll be open again this evening with a whole new room to the right near the entry, with a communal table and waiting area. [Grub Street, Earlier]

Cow Hollow: A new healthy, fast casual spot called Lite Bite is headed to 1796 Union Street. [Scoop]
Richmond: Kaju Café, now gone, has become Ashley’s Café at 7th Avenue and California. [Richmond SF]
Sunset: Darla’s (822 Irving) is closed. [NJudah/Twitter via Eater]
