Embarcadero: Maine chefs Mark Gaier and Clark Frasier of Arrows restaurant in Ogunquit, winners of the 2010 James Beard Award for Best Chefs Northeast (who met while working at Stars under Jeremiah Tower back in the day), are going to be cooking a special dinner next Tuesday, May 3, at Waterbar in celebration of their book Maine Classics. Sausalito: Not that this has anything to do with falling off the Top 100 or anything, but the executive chef at Murray Circle for the last three years, Joseph Humphrey, is parting ways with the restaurant and may be opening his own place soon in San Francisco.
