We’re soldiering on through Day 3 of Pebble Beach Food & Wine, attending our first Lexus Grand Tasting — which is sort of like a larger, more celeb-chef-dense version of SF Chefs with a lot more wine. The highlight of our day, however, was seeing Tom Colicchio and Craft chef Graceanne Jordan wearing matching t-shirts at the tasting that make a direct statement of protest against the snark of food bloggers, using the typeface of a certain well known competitor of Grub Street. Tom unveiled his shirt to us, beneath his chef’s jacket at his cooking demo this morning, and Graceanne then let us photograph the back of hers. It reads, “Don’t be a hater,” and below you can see what it says on the back.

“No offense,” Graceanne said. But, whatever. We don’t think this was meant for us.
