It’s just about lunchtime, and Top Chef alum Preeti Mistri’s 11th Street pop-up Juhu Beach Club is back alive after a week’s hiatus. Also of note, as of yesterday they’re now expanding past lunch, doing a limited menu between 2:30 and 5:30, and serving at dinner time too. Take a gander at this delicious looking Indian-fusion sandwich Preeti’s created today that she’s calling a shrimp “po’bhai.” As she puts it, “it’s like a Louisiana vada pav… the ginger butter is still dripping all over my fingers.” That’s 320 11th Street, folks… [Grub Street, Earlier]
