Check out this sneak peek of the custom-designed drink vessels at Grant Achatz’s Aviary, his new cocktail bar that features a whole new level of haute mixology. We’ve got a “porthole” for infusions; a glass “cloche” with a metal straw in it, meant for capturing aromas; and this “truffle Negroni coupe” which is a shallow bowl from which to sip your aromatic cocktail, and which apparently must rest on a petite pillow.
