King of All Dude Chefs, Guy Fieri, lost a rather expensive toy yesterday when a thief, using climbing gear, rappelled into a luxury-car showroom in San Francisco and stole Fieri’s bright-yellow 2008 Lamborghini Gallardo. The car’s worth $200,000, and Fieri, who lives in Santa Rosa, had left it with the Bentley, Lamborghini, and Lotus dealership on Van Ness Avenue for safekeeping. But in Tuesday’s wee hours, a thief broke in through the roof, cut the lock on the dealership’s front door, and drove off in this very conspicuous car. As the Chronicle puts it, “Considering the car can hit 60 mph in less than four seconds and is capable of topping 190 mph, investigators are presuming the getaway was quick.” In other words, it probably only took about a minute to win it. Ba-dum-bump.
