Looks like some space is opening up in that prime spot facing the north end of the Ferry Building! Tulio’s Southwestern Grill on Pier 1 has been evicted, as the Scoop reports, and the interior’s already being gutted following on a Health Department shut-down based on, among other things, disease transmission and vermin infestation. Swell! We only ever went in there to grab a napkin during the Thursday street-food events outside the Ferry Building, but anyway, good to know. We’d vote to have Pancho Villa back, but perhaps they didn’t like that location. Any takers? [Scoop]
