Continuing to make amends for his review of Atelier Crenn, Jonathan Kauffman posted a Q&A; with chef Dominique Crenn delving into her history, and asking what the deal is with her menu’s tagline, “poetic culinaria.” She says of her menu, “I’m always writing it as a poem. If I’m somewhere, outside in the country, in a city that touches me, having food that gets to my heart, I try to create a menu around it.” [SFoodie]
