Blind Items: Established Marina Bar and Hayes Valley Restaurant For Sale, and a Union Square Italian Joint Priced to Sell

It’s time again for everyone’s favorite real estate guessing game! Today we have a listing for an “established” Marina district bar with a full kitchen and separate dining area, the only clues being it’s 3,000 square feet, has a bunch of flat-screen TVs and games, and it’s been “around for many years and enjoys an excellent reputation.” [RestRealty]

Also, we have one for an unnamed Hayes Valley restaurant that may be this same “recently remodeled” one that was on the market back in December. No real details here except that it’s a “prime location” and has only a beer-and-wine license. We’re still guessing Ristorante Allegro, or Café Altano.

And we’ve got a self-described “Very Nice Italian Restaurant” somewhere near Union Square, seats 55, beer and wine only, priced to move at $110,000 because the owner is relocating in a hurry. Guesses? [Craigslist]
