South Beach: The Caviar Docks (144 King Street), on the site of a former Tsar Nicoulai loading dock, is a new private event space from bartenders Lisa Mongelli and Meredith Wilkinson and owner Bert Harris, which they hope to turn into a full-fledged bar/lounge.
