Boxing Room, the new New Orleans-themed venture from the Absinthe folks which is moving into the former Citizen Cake digs at Gough and Grove, isn’t opening next month as we previously believed. All they’re saying now is “spring.” But chef Justin Simoneaux signed on some time ago, and he’s doing another “Lagniappe Preview Dinner” next week, January 10, with a three-course prix fixe for $35.
