A Ten-Course Meal at Cyrus, Illustrated

Dining at Cyrus is a decadent experience, more akin to dining at an old-school Michelin-starred restaurant in Paris or New York than to the majority of its Northern California peers, complete with a caviar cart to start, and a mignardise cart to finish, each wheeled out and unveiled with great pomp and ceremony. Today, Bunrab shares the evidence from one such meal there on Saturday, and between David and Edie (the two behind Bunrabs), they had some fourteen or fifteen dishes, including a couple that might be part of the vegan tasting menu, as well as the aforementioned bonus rounds. See for yourself.
