Excelsior: The Dr.’s (4826 Mission Street), which is one of those odd amalgams of dive bar and breakfast place, where some locals show up to start drinking really early and therefore might like some eggs with their beer, is changing hands and new owners Rochelle McCune and David Henry appear to be keeping the name for now.
