What to Eat at Cotogna, Opening Monday

We showed you the inside, now get a load of the draft opening menu for Cotogna (490 Pacific), the new casual cousin to Quince. As promised, it’s rustic Italian with a focus on rotisserie-grilled meats like spit-roasted pork with fennel and orange, and duck leg with treviso, grapes, and a liver-giblet crostone. There’s also an “al prezzo fisso” menu, three courses for $24. And all this will be executed by Cotogna chef de cuisine Ryan Childs, formerly of Chez Panisse. See the full deal below.
