As the Sacramento Press reports, the huge pizzeria/bar/club project includes Tony Gemignani’s Pizza Rock, a bar/club called District 30, and a big club called Dive Bar that will feature “a 40-foot-long, 7,500-gallon saltwater tank… fully loaded with water, [live] mermaids [and mermen] and interior furnishings.” They’re hoping to open by December.
