Chef David Bazirgan, who was the opening chef at Chez Papa Resto on Mint Plaza, is moving one block downtown to take over the kitchen at Fifth Floor — the post recently vacated by Jennie Lorenzo. As the Scoop reports, Bazirgan "will stick with his French foundation, though he’ll pull from other Mediterranean influences," and an addition to a refined dinner menu look for a revamped lounge menu too.
