Farina Gets a Pair of New Chefs

We mentioned the departure of Farina chef Paolo Laboa last week, and now the Scoop has word of his replacement: a brother and sister team, also from Liguria, Fabrizio and Serena Rebollini. The Rebollinis will be assisting with the upcoming Farina cookbook, as well as the restaurants pasta sauce line. No word on who the mystery pizzaiolo is for Antica Pizzeria Napoletana, but the Rebollinis, despite being Ligurian, will be revamping Farina’s all-Ligurian menu to reflect different regions throughout Italy.
