We've given you some details and spoken to chef Matthew Dolan about his plans, now take a look at the trimmings of the new 120-seat restaurant with the name the same as its address: 25 Lusk. In addition to the main dining room, and a 30-seat private dining room, the space boast a huge lower-level lounge, halfway below street level, which was still a bit under tarps and dust when we shot our photos. But they've still got about 48 hours left to finish everything off before the grand opening, and you can take a sneak peek right now.
