Termed-out Supervisor Chris Daly’s plans to open a bar called Daly’s Dive have hit a snag: His negotiations with the landlord at Buck Tavern (1655 Market Street) fell through after the landlord refused to chip in for renovations or agree to a long-term lease, as the Appeal reports. “I’ll look around and hopefully I can find a better space,” says Daly. “I gotta figure something out. Somehow I don’t think blogging will pay the bills.”
