Andrew Zimmern Confirms S.F.’s Food Truck Scene is Awesome

Bizarre Foods’ Andrew Zimmern was in town over the weekend, joining Incanto “gut man” Chris Cosentino aboard Le Truc for an Off the Grid special edition of Le Gut Truc. Says Zimmern, “The food truck scene in San Francisco is highly evolved. The level of finish to the stuff here is unlike anywhere else in the country… [unlike] Austin, or Portland, or L.A.” Watch this video interview with the two chefs, commissioned by Eater, and shot by SFoodie contributor Tamara Palmer, in which they talk about winning people over with offal, and their upcoming rap album project, “Offal Dangerous.”

P.S. That last part was a joke.
