Haven’t you been dying for Gialina pizza but not wanted to hoof it out to Glen Park? Well now you can have it right in the Western Addition at Ragazza, in the former Metro Café space (311 Divisadero), as of tonight. Owner Sharon Ardiana has added a menu of antipasti and salads to complement the gas-fired pizzas, which Michael Bauer has raved about since Gialina first opened. If you’re keeping score, this marks the fourth major pizza opening in as many months, following on Zero Zero, Una Pizza Napoletana, and Tony’s Coal-Fired Pizza and Slice House. No longer can San Franciscans bitch about there not being enough good pizza, because all corners of town are starting to fill up with the stuff. (See also our Fall Trend Preview for more.)
