Hot Weather Spells Great News for 2010 Wines

Well, perhaps all that panic about the frigidly cold summer was all for naught. As ABC 7 reports, winemakers are now rejoicing, given the hot weather around the Bay Area, since the combination of a long, cool summer and super-hot spell in the fall have created “the most flavorful grapes in some time.” It looks like 2010 could be one of those “elegant” and expensive vintages after all.
