Pop-up eatery EAT, from chef Tommy Halvorson and partner Crystal Yang, will serve its last meal at 111 Minna on Friday, October 8, from 5 to 10 p.m. “There is great possibility of future one-offs at the downtown urban art gallery,” says a press release, but the pair are currently in the market for a new venue.
