What to Eat at Bar Agricole, Opening Monday

You’ll have to wait another day or so for photos as Thad Vogler and his team put the finishing touches on the interior at Bar Agricole (355 11th Street), the hotly anticipated new restaurant and bar that the Chron’s Jon Bonné dubbed “the Chez Panisse of cocktails.” Suffice it to say, it’s a gorgeous, modern space, set back from the street and its clubby neighbors, and it’s bound to win some design awards — they’re also shooting for LEED Platinum certification for all their green materials, the first of its kind for a commercial interior in S.F. We showed you the drink menu, and now, below, check out the food options from chef Brandon Jew before the place opens its doors on Monday night, August 16.
