What to Eat

What to Eat at Bar Adagio, Now Open

The replacement for Cortez, which has been shuttered since mid-’09, has arrived, and they’re calling it Bar Adagio. Eater points us to the menu from chef Hugh Campos, and it’s basically some simple lounge/hotel food, served in a slightly less bougie, more casual setting than its predecessor. You’ve got your fries, pizzettas, sliders, mac ‘n’ cheese, steak, roast chicken, burgers. The kind of thing you’ll need to soak up the booze late on a Friday night when you land here with your bros. (We’re joking. What do you think this is, Thrillist?) See it all below.
