…But you likely won’t be eating there until October unless you already have a reservation. A minute ago we saw a 5:30 table for two on October 5, but by the time you read this and everyone else posts about the opening, that should be gone. They’re only accepting reservations two months out, and yes, much like the French Laundry from whence the chef came, it looks like it’s going to be that kind of place for a while.
