We shared the menu a few weeks back from the "winemakers' speakeasy" that is B-Cubed (1152 Valencia), where former Bouchon guys Johnny Gato and chef Kevin Ahajanian, along with partner Ron Elder, are bringing a somewhat new concept to the Mission faithful. The place opened last night, and basically you should check it out if you're into wine. They're selling hard-to-find bottles at just $5 above retail if you drink them there, and at retail if you want to take one to go (mostly around $20 or less), with glasses for between $6 and $10. Also, there are burgers and other bites to aid in your tasting experience, and they're using real glassware, if you're into that sort of thing, unlike some other people up the street.
