Adam Timney Talks Taco Love

Adam Timney, chef at Starbelly, talks to 7x7 about his favorite tacos around town. The winners: the El Tonayense truck, where he especially loves the tripe. “Most places overcook it, but they do it just right, so it’s a little crispy and a little chewy.” Also, he gives props to El Farolito, where he heads many nights after work for a chorizo taco or two, and the shrimp tacos at Dos Piñas.
