What to Eat at Spire, Open Today for Lunch in SoMa

We heard back in May about the upcoming debut of Spire, a two-story restaurant and bar in the South Beach end of SoMa at 685 Third Street, and today the place softly opened serving lunch only. Chef Laird Boles, formerly of Waterbar and various restaurants in Orlando, is promising “classic cuisine with a modern twist… refined creations made of excellent quality, at affordable prices.” They plan to open for dinner just as soon as the liquor license clears, but check out the lunch offerings below just to get an idea.
