The neighbors are still whining about the proposed new condo building at Valencia and Hill Streets, on the site of Spork (née KFC), which would also include a replacement space for the restaurant on the ground floor. Though the new building would not be in the Liberty Hill Historic District, as Mission Local reports, it’s close enough to it that they’ve convinced the Planning Commission to order a review of the new building’s impacts on the district.
