Bob’s Broiler diner (not to be confused with Bob’s Donuts) closed a few weeks back at 1601 Polk, and SFoodie just snapped a pic of it papered over. Eater previously reported that the third location of Toast would be arriving at that same address, which we’re pretty sure counts as gentrification.[SFoodie, Eater]
