Playboy’s August issue has a listicle rounding up the Best Bars and Best Dive Bars across the country, choosing one of each for each major city. For S.F., the high-end winner, in keeping with Playboy’s brand, is Top of the Mark (more for the view and posh setting than for the cocktail program we would guess) and for dive bars: Specs in North Beach.
